Refund & Return Policy

At M Marchlabel, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our ethnic and Indo-Western wear. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery of receiving your order. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers must be fully intact and attached to the garment.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Note: Any garments that show signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume odors, or alterations will be strictly rejected during our quality check.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or with a flat discount code.

• Customized or made-to-measure outfits.

• Accessories and dupattas sold separately.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at Marchlabel21@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7439020887 within 48 hours of delivery of delivery.

2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (please attach photos if the item is defective or damaged).

3. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address.

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, you may be required to self-ship the product back to our Kolkata facility. We will reimburse the standard shipping cost (up to a specified limit) as store credit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We rigorously check every garment before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We highly recommend taking an unboxing video when you receive your package, as this helps us process damage claims with our courier partners swiftly.

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for defective items.

6. The Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our facility and passes the quality inspection, we will process your refund:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account) within 5 to 7 business days after the quality check is completed.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be provided via a bank transfer or UPI. Our team will request your bank details over email. Please note that the COD convenience fee (if any) is non-refundable.

• Store Credit Option: You may also opt for your refund in the form of M Marchlabel Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

7. Size Exchanges

If you love the design but need a different size (available from XS to 3XL), simply raise an exchange request following the steps above. We offer one free size exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur a nominal shipping fee.
